SUSTAINABILITY

With the environment in mind

To maximise protection of the environment and ensure an ecologically sustainable society for future generations, COMCO's business is based on closed-loop production, ensuring environmentally friendly and efficient manufacturing. By utilising these principles, we have been able to largely eliminate waste - fabric strips, shreds and surplus material are processed to be reused in new production. Similarly, we utilise packaging with a long shelf life. This use of resources can be likened to an ecosystem where nothing goes to waste and everything is naturally recycled. From combing and sewing to trading our products - at every stage we actively work to minimise our impact on the environment.

Free from harmful chemicals and dyes

COMCO products are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, which means that all components have been tested for harmful substances and that the products do not contain chemicals at levels that are harmful to health.

Introduced in 1992, STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a global, uniform and independent testing and certification system for textiles. The certification includes not only substances that are banned or have legally established limits, but also other substances that have been scientifically proven or suspected to have negative health effects.

All our products also fulfil the high health and safety requirements of the public sector.
